Yeah!! I finally have something to post about. Yesterday was my moms' birthday, so today after church we had a little birthday brunch. The amazing thing is that we all have the 9:00 church this year, even my grandparents. This is going to work out quite will when it comes to family dinners on Sunday. We had breakfast casserole, fruit, muffins, and juice. Then for dessert she wanted Angel Food Cake with stawberry sauce. YUMMY! I also made red velvet cupcakes for the kids. The only bad thing was when we got to Heath and Mandi's house I realized I had forgot the candles. Mandi only had one in her box, so Mom only had to blow out one. Oh well-- I hope she gets her wish! I am so thankful for all that my mom has done for me. She sat thru lots of dance performances and competitions when I was growing up. I am so grateful for all that she sacrificed to always be there for me. She also taught me to love shopping!! I have lots of fond memories of shopping trips to Salt Lake City with my mom and grandma. We would stay in a hotel and I got spoiled! I am so grateful for the amazing relationship we have always had. Even when I was a teenager I could talk to my mom about anything! Mom- your the best and I love you tons!
